**THIS IS A 2 DAY COURSE**

4 hours Monday plus unlimited Q&A

4 hours Tuesday plus unlimited Q&A

Many project managers in the fire alarm and life safety industry are promoted from the field because of their technical knowledge, but they often receive little formal training on how to manage projects.

This course provides a practical project execution framework based on the PMP project structure, adapted specifically for fire protection and life safety systems. The focus is on real-world project challenges including construction coordination, inspection readiness, AHJ interaction, documentation, and risk management.

Employee solicitation or recruitment is not permitted at this course. Zero tolerance— violators will be removed and may be barred from future participation.

Participants will learn how to:

• Understand the true responsibilities of a fire alarm project manager

• Plan projects using a structured execution framework

• Identify risks that cause inspection failures and project delays

• Coordinate effectively with AHJs, FPOs, contractors, and owners

• Manage documentation, submittals, and inspections correctly

• Close out projects efficiently and protect company profitability

Participants will be given an electronic copy of the C3 Project Manager playbook upon successful completion of the course for their use on upcoming projects.
