Many project managers in the fire alarm and life safety industry are promoted from the field because of their technical knowledge, but they often receive little formal training on how to manage projects.
This course provides a practical project execution framework based on the PMP project structure, adapted specifically for fire protection and life safety systems. The focus is on real-world project challenges including construction coordination, inspection readiness, AHJ interaction, documentation, and risk management.
Participants will learn how to plan, manage, and close out fire and life safety projects successfully while avoiding the most common mistakes that lead to delays, failed inspections, and financial loss.
